Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout Page which will display shipping methods choices and their prices. Shipping within the USA is free.

If your order displays your package tracking number, this means that your package has shipped. Check with your shipper to confirm that your package(s) were delivered. If your tracking number shows a status of “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact customer service for assistance.

The shadeslove.com return policy is simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items without any questions asked within 30 days for a refund and exchange. The return period starts from the day you receive your order.

All orders within the USA qualify for FREE return shipping. If you don't qualify for free return shipping you can still return your order.

Shadeslove.com will never charge any restocking fees if the following conditions are met: Returned item(s) must be in the EXACT brand new condition it was received in. The item must be in its original packing along with original case, cleaning cloth, paperwork, and should include any and all other item(s) accompanied with the glasses, including original tags and labels. No altered, or damaged items will be accepted.

To return an item, you may contact us or simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the “My Account” menu and click the “Return Item” button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.Please be sure to include all the items when returning. Please use a track able shipping method when sending the item(s) back to us

It takes 1-2 business days for a return to be processed once it has been delivered to our warehouse.

A refund can take up to 10 days to be returned to your account, depending on your bank, from the date we process the credit.
